📓 Dream Journal

The single best way to remember more of your dreams is to write them down the moment you wake. This journal makes that easy — and it’s completely private: every entry is saved only in this browser, on this device. Nothing is uploaded, and we never see it.

Why writing your dreams down works

Dreams fade fast — often within minutes of opening your eyes. The simple act of reaching for a dream and writing it down trains your recall, and most people go from “I never remember my dreams” to catching several a week within a fortnight of journaling. Over time a journal becomes something more valuable than any single entry: a record you can read back, where recurring symbols, moods, and themes start to reveal themselves. That pattern — not one night’s dream — is where the real self-knowledge lives.

Getting the most from your journal

Write the moment you wake, before checking your phone, while the memory is still warm. Note the strongest feeling first, then the images, even if all you have is a fragment. Don’t interpret as you write — just capture, and reflect later. Every so often, read back over your entries and look for repeats. When a symbol keeps surfacing, check its meaning in the dream dictionary, or describe the whole dream in the Dream Analyzer. For the full method, see our guide on how to keep a dream journal.

Your journal is stored with your browser’s local storage on this device only. Clearing your browser data, or using a different device or private window, will not show these entries.
